The excuses are rolling in.

The Hogs lost and there is only one person too blame, Dave Van Horn. This team was good enough to win it all this year, and now after losing, the morning shows are blaming injuries and saying Arkansas got farther than they should have. I can't wait to see what Bo says---as if we don't already know.

    Tim, I relate w/ you on some of your views but I think you're going way to far with this Coach VanHorn crap. That man wants to win baseball games at nearly all costs. The whole reason we lost two games to ASU is because we couldn't keep our bats hot and were slow to get goin in both games. What about all those fielding errors? You think the coaches caused those? Yeah, they were a great team but were obviously not good enough to go all the way. No conspiracy to it, sorry. We are very fortunate to have VanHorn as a coach b/c we damn sure aren't gonna get anybody better. So I, for one, would appreciate you not putting him in the same category as CJP. WPS!!!!!

    Dear Tim,

    Let me first say that I am glad that someone is finally standing up to the Bo Mattinglys and Rick Shaeffers of this world. The fact that Mattingly repeatedly cuts you off and wont let you finish just shows me that he is resistant to the truth being told. As a result, you have been mocked and villainized for nothing more than asking for acoutability from those in power. Keep up the good work. You ARE appreciated.

    Tim, your comments yesterday on the Bo M. Show regarding Van Horne are exactly what I have been saying for about 2-3 years. We have zero SEC titles under this guy. I posted on Facebook back in April that the bottom was about to fall out on this team, made alot of people mad, but I was right. Happens every year. And my friends and I were screaming at the TV in game one of the Ariz. State game when we decide to pitch to MacPhee, THE PAC-10 PLAYER OF THE YEAR, with a guy on 2nd base. Not once did I see any of our coaches challenge an umpire despite horrific calling by the guy at home plate. Not once did we step out of the batters box to gather ourselves and break the momentum of ASU reliever Mithell Lamberson, who takes about 2 seconds between pitches, doesn't throw strikes, but somehow was getting our batters to swing at them. Unbelievable.
